How can we extend the lifespan of electronic scales
Electronic scales are composed of precision sensing components and microcomputer circuits. Proper use and maintenance are crucial for maintaining the accuracy of electronic scales.
The preparation work for electronic scales before use should pay attention to the following items:
Please place the electronic scale on a stable and flat tabletop or ground for use, and do not place it on a shaking tabletop or stand;
▲ Avoid placing in places with excessive temperature changes or strong air flow, such as direct sunlight or cold air vents;
▲ Use independent power sockets to avoid interference from other electrical appliances;
Adjust the feet of the electronic scale so that the scale is stable and the bubble inside the level is centered in the circle. When the power is turned on, do not place items on the scale pan. Heat up for more than 15 minutes before use (high-precision scales must be heated for a longer time)
The following precautions should be taken when using an electronic scale:
▲ It is strictly prohibited to rain or rinse with water. If accidentally wet, wipe it clean with a dry cloth. If the machine functions abnormally, it should be sent for repair as soon as possible;
▲ It is strictly prohibited to strike, impact or apply heavy pressure;
▲ Do not place in high temperature and humid environments (except for specialized waterproof and anti-corrosion scales);
▲ Do not allow small organisms such as cockroaches to invade the machine to avoid damage;
If the electronic scale is not used for a long time, the machine must be wiped clean, put in a desiccant and wrapped in a plastic bag. If a dry battery is used, it should be removed. When using a rechargeable battery, it should be charged every three months to ensure its service life.
